PERU: Republic, AR ¼ real, 1856/36, KM-143.1, wonderful luster and multicolored toning, deserving of a higher grade, a lovely example! NGC graded MS62. The overdate attribution on the slab label is incorrect. It is most likely 1856/45, but somewhat blundered. Tied for 2nd finest graded at both PCGS and NGC.
