BRITISH INDIA:LOT of 4 silver and 21 copper coins: Madras Presidency: 11 copper coins, including 5, 10 & 20 cash of the 1807 Tamil & Telugu series, plus various denominations dated 1803 and 1808 (many VF, a few lower grade and the 1803 1 cash AU condition); Bombay Presidency: Tellicherry 1/5 rupee 1799 (choice EF); and Miscellaneous: 3 silver coins (½ rupee & rupee of Broach, both VF, and Bagalkot 1819 (VF, but some corrosion on the obverse); and 10 copper coins, including two examples of Shikarpur AH1255, both Fine, and various others, average Fine; with identification list supplied by the consignor; retail value $650; lot of 25 pieces.
