Andorra Consell General de les Valls D'Andorra 10 Pessetes 19.12.1936 Pick 4 PCGS Gold Shield Very Fine 30 Details. Largely due to the start of the Spanish Civil War, the Andorran Counsel decided to issue additional currency, backed by the Spanish Pesseta, to ease money shortages. There were two issues, the blue and the brown, which circulated for a very limited time of about 2 years. A total of 50,000 Pessetes were issued for the blue issue. The example on offer was the highest denomination. This is only the second time we have offered this type.
