Libya French Occupation of the Fezzan 5 Francs ND (old date 10.3.38) Pick M9 PCGS Extremely Fine 45. The much counterfeited R-F/Fezzan stamped overprint on the French West Africa 5 Franc note used during the French occupation in WWII. The R & F letters have the proper 12mm and 14mm heights and the lines of the rectangle have the expected irregularity for an authentic piece.
