An attractive green and orange large format note, this Specimen carries serial numbers that indicate the anticipated number of notes to be printed; in this case, 4,000 notes (serial numbers 19001 to 23000). This note has a roulette punched CANCELLED and has a small neat printer's annotation in the upper left margin "71002 23.3.21."
