South Africa South African Reserve Bank 10 Shillings 20.9.1926 Pick 79 PMG Very Fine 30. A massively underrated type of this little note, bearing the Clegg signature from the South African Reserve Bank's second issue. Noticeably, the difference between this issue and the examples that followed, it the inclusion of the Dutch "Zuid Afrikaanse", instead of the Afrikaans, "Suid Afrikaanse". This issue, that only consisted of 3 denominations, was issued for a very short period of time, 2 years or less, with the rise of pro-Afrikaner sentiment. This is the sole graded example on the PMG Population Report, with zero sales history.
