Syria Banque de Syrie et du Liban 5 Livres 1948 Pick 62s Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. A fabulous Specimen for this post-WWII issue that is graded top on the PMG census. This Pick variety is the same as Pick 36 from the 1920's, but instead of French on the back, one notices Arabic. Intricate designs on the face, and Azm Palace in Damascus on the back.
