Brazil Thesouro Nacional 1 Mil Reis ND (1891) Pick 3b PMG Extremely Fine 40. A beautiful and scarce 19th century offering that seldom appears in any grade. In fact, at the time of cataloging, there are only four examples graded in the PMG Population Report. Vivid colors are easily seen on this example. Minor mounting remnants are seen on the back, but they do little to detract from the overall appearance. Notice the small serial number on this note; it is an indication of how few of these were issued.
