Philippines Treasury Certificate 20 Pesos 1918 Pick 63A PMG Choice Fine 15. This is quite a rare offering, as there are only seven examples graded in the PMG Population Report at the time of cataloging, with only one note grading better than Very Fine. Only 750,000 were printed, and most have either been redeemed or lost over the years. We have not offered this type since 2014. A blue ink mark is noted on the front of this otherwise problem free example.
