Germany Federal Republic Allied Occupation Post World War II U.S. Army Command 20 Deutsche Mark Pick 9a ND 1948 Second Issue serial number C15415522A, blue on blue-green and orange underprint liberty at left on obverse and red on green underprint and value at centre on reverse. About VF and a popular post war note rare in higher grades since few post-war West Germans were able to put aside this denomination. Similarity with the US MPCs is due to the fact that this denomination was printed by Tudor Press without an imprint and also is an unusual issue as it lacks to show the issuing authority and signatures.
