Ten Shillings Bradbury T12.2 Type 2 with the prefix accompanied by a small number 1 issue 1915 serial number F1/86 01150. Red and uniface featuring crowned George V medallion at upper left and crowned St. George & The Dragon medallion at upper right with the inscription "Honi soit qui mal y pense" and is the French maxim used as the motto of the British chivalric Order of the Garter which is dedicated to the image and arms of Saint George, England's patron saint. It is translated as "May he be shamed who thinks badly of it" or "Shame be to him who thinks evil of it" or "Evil (or shame) be to him that evil thinks." and in contemporary French usage, it is usually used to insinuate the presence of hidden agendas or conflicts of interest.
