Well struck with sharply defined devices. Obverse slightly off-center. Pop 1; the finest graded at PCGS. There is also an MS-63 example as the finest graded at NGC, which is probably also this coin before crossed over to PCGS. PCGS graded MS-63. Estimate Value $15,000 - UP
