Peru. Cob 8 Escudos, 1705-L H. Fr-7; KM-38.1; Calico-15. Philip V, 1700-1746. Struck in Lima. Pillars, P.V.A. and date and mint mark. Reverse; Cross of Jerusalem, lions and castles in quarters. Well struck with sharply defined devices. Obverse slightly off-center. Pop 1; the finest graded at PCGS. There is also an MS-63 example as the finest graded at NGC, which is probably also this coin before crossed over to PCGS. PCGS graded MS-63. Estimate Value $15,000 - UP
