Laureate bust right, wearing aegis / MЄNЄΛA ЄITHC, Harpokrates of Canopus: as a youth, nude from the waist up with the lower body of a crocodile, holding cornucopia with his left arm, right hand raised to his mouth, wearing skhent and standing left on a base or dais; L I E (date) across field. Köln –; Dattari (Savio) 6312 var. (dais garlanded); K&G N31.5 var. (same); RPC III 6446 var. (same); Emmett 751.15 (R4). Dark green patina with some light earthen highlights/deposits, minor roughness. Good VF. Extremely rare, only one example in CoinArchives (CNG 57, lot 921).
