SELEUCIS and PIERIA, Antioch. Vespasian. AD 69-79. AR Tetradrachm (26.5mm, 14.35 g, 12h). Dated "New Holy Year" 4 (AD 71/72). Laureate bust left / Eagle standing left on garlanded altar, head right, with wings spread and caduceus in beak, and palm frond in talon. Prieur 137; McAlee 359a (this coin illustrated); RPC II 1973. Lightly toned, touch of porosity, light scratches in the fields. Near VF.
