L AELIVS AVRELIVS COMMODVS AVG PIVS FELIX, jugate busts of Commodus, laureate, draped and cuirassed, and Roma, wearing helmet and cuirass decorated with aegis / P M TR P XVII IMP VIII COS VII P P, Mars standing facing, head right, nude but for his helmet and cloak over his shoulders, holding spear and parazonium and resting foot on cuirass, in right field, Victory left, holding wreath and palm atop a column against which rests a shield with an animal headed central boss.
