Diademed head of deified Alexander the Great with horn of Ammon right / Athena Nikephoros enthroned to left, holding Nike in outstretched right hand, left arm resting on shield ornamented with lion head, transverse spear in background; ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ to right, ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ crowned by Nike to left, club in exergue.
