A note from BCD: The author of this ingenious treatise probably obtained most if not all of the coins illustrating his individual chapters in the international market. This writer attempted to trace them with the help of Coin Archives Pro. The result was 10 certain matches out of a total of 19. Well-trained eyes may do better.
