Italy, Venice. Provisional Republic. 1848. AR 15 centesimi (16 mm, 1.60 g). Lion of St. Mark / Denomination. KM 184. An exceptional specimen. Slight trace of glue residue on the reverse, where an old collector's tag (included) was attached directly to the coin. Not approved practice today. Gem brilliant uncirculated.
