Mysia, Parion. 5th century B.C. Lot of five AR drachms and imitations. An interesting collection illustrating the debasement of the type, going from a clear gorgon to plain, bulbous obverse die. The reverses are all incuse with a voided cross shape within. Cf. SNG BN 1347. Fine-VF.
