Parthian Kingdom. Mithradates II. Ca. 123-88 B.C. AR drachm (20 mm, 3.95 g, 12 h). Ekbatana. Diademed and draped bust of Mithradates II left / BAΣIΛEΩΣ MEΓAΛOV APΣ-AKOV around, ΕΠΙΦΑΝΟVΣ in exergue, archer seated right on omphalos, holding bow. Sellwood 24.9; Shore 69; Sunrise 286. Faint scratch in obverse field. Good metal and nicely centered with a handsome early portrait of Mithradates II. Good very fine.
