GAUL, Northwest. Osismii. Circa 100-50 BC. BI Stater (24.5mm, 6.81 g, 3h). Celticized head right; crowned with a boar, surrounded by swirling volutes terminating in human heads / Celticized horse galloping left; above, charioteer appearing as a detached head within a volute; boar and eagle below. Depeyrot, NC VIII, 259.40 (this coin [citing incorrect lot number]); D&T 2244. Toned, flan flaw on obverse. Good VF. Struck on a broad flan.
