Justin II, helmeted, draped, and cuirassed, standing right, holding spear and globe / Large I between two stars; cross above; CON. David R. Sear in Byzantine Coins and Their Values 2nd ed. wrote: "The reattribution of this type to Justin II, made by Grierson and Bellinger in the Dumbarton Oaks Catalogue, has not received universal acceptance," p. 92.
