Within circle, al-kalifat / al-Mahdi a- / -mir al-mu'minin ("The caliph al-Mahdi commander of the faithful"); ornate floral border / Within circle, bi-Sabur / seb' wa / sittin wa mi'at ("of Sabur, seven and sixty and [one] hundred"); stylized marginal legend.
