LXV, 9).Attractive style, light purple-grey tone, very fine and very rare.
The distinctive style of the obverse of this coin shows without doubt that the artist was greatly influenced by Kimon, whose late style dekadrachms, rendering Arethusa with heavier features and a sense of great presence, are considered to be true masterpieces of Greek coinage.
