Henry III, Penny, Long Cross, type 2a, Ion of Bury St Edmunds mint, bearded portrait facing, rev long cross, three pellets in angles, 1.42g (Brussels Bur 2; Eaglen die 252). A little off-centre, almost very fine, a rare early class, only 11 specimens seen by Eaglen.
