Henry III, Penny, Long Cross, type 3a¹, Philip of Exeter mint (Philip Tinctor), bearded portrait facing, rev long cross, three pellets in angles, 1.38g (Brussels Ex 20). Part raised rims, light tone, almost extremely fine and a very rare class, one of only 21 coins of this moneyer and class in the Brussels Hoard.
