Edward IV (second reign), Gold Angel, St Michael with one foot on top of dragon, other foot intrudes legend, dragons tail touches left wing at top of lowest feather, initial mark cross with pellet in fourth lower right quarter (1477-1480), EDWARD`DI GRA` REX ANGL`Z FRANC, rev ship sailing right with long bowsprit that intrudes legend, initial mark pierced cross with pellet in fourth lower right quarter, PER CRVCEMTVA` SALVA nOS `XPC`REDEMPT`, 5.07g (Schneider 464; N 1626; S 2091). A little uneven in shape, slight crack at centre and weak in parts, otherwise very fine.
