George II, Silver Halfcrown, 1746, LIMA below old laureate, draped and cuirassed bust left, rev cruciform shields, garter star at centre, edge inscribed in raised letters and dated DECIMO NONO (ESC 606; S 3695A). Slightly pitted on the reverse and a light scratch by king's mouth, otherwise good very fine / extremely fine, light tone with underlying lustre.
