REX. incuse on raised border, rev inverted die axis, Britannia seated left on rock with shield, holding trident and olive branch, ship to left with three stays, SOHO on rock to right, waves below, date on raised rim below, BRITANNIA. above, edge obliquely grained (Peck 1154). Attractively toned, practically as struck.
