George III, Proof Penny, 1813, restrike by W J Taylor after Soho, struck in bronzed copper on a thin flan, small draped bust right, legend incuse with date below on raised rim, rev inverted die axis, triskelis, legend surrounding incuse on raised rim, plain edge, 16.03g (Pr 19A; M 77; S 7416f). Uneven tone with some rust spots from dies, otherwise good extremely fine and rare.
