CYRRHESTICA, Beroea. Macrinus. AD 217-218. AR Tetradrachm (24.5mm, 11.85 g, 6h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Eagle standing facing, head and tail left, with wings spread, holding wreath in beak; palm frond to left; between legs, winged animal flanked by B-Є. Prieur 889. Toned with underlying luster, some light porosity, a few light scratches. Good VF.
