Draped bust of Tigranes V to right, wearing five-pointed tiara decorated with four eagles and tied with a diadem. Rev. [BAΣΙΛEΩΣ] / TIΓPAN[OY] - MEΓAΛ[OY] Head of an elephant to left. Kovacs 186. Rare, attractive and unusually complete. Very fine.
