Laelianus, Romano-Gallic usurper, 269. Antoninianus (Silvered bronze, 20 mm, 3.32 g, 1 h), Cologne, early 269. IMP C LAELIANVS P F AVG Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Laelianus to right. Rev. VICTORIA AVG Victory advancing right, holding wreath in her right hand and palm frond over her left shoulder. AGK (corr.) 1b. Cunetio 2500. Elmer 622. RIC 9. Rare, and with a pleasant brown patina. Some minor die wear on the obverse, otherwise, about extremely fine.

This rare draped and cuirassed bust type was replaced shortly thereafter with one that was cuirassed only.
