The Virgin standing facing, orans, nimbate and wearing tunic and maphorium; MHP ligate - ΘV across fields / Isaac standing facing on dais, wearing crown, divitision and chlamys, and holding long cross and globus cruciger; manus Dei in upper right field, ICAAKI[OC] to left, [ΔЄCΠOTHC] to right.
