Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon / Athena Nikephoros seated to left, left arm resting on shield, transverse spear in background; ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ to right, ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ to left crowned by Nike, herm to outer left; lion head above monogram to inner left, monogram in exergue.
