NERO CAESΛR ΛVGVSTVS, laureate head right / AVGVSTVS AVGVSTA, Nero, radiate and togate, standing left, holding patera in right hand and scepter in left; to right, his wife, Poppaea Sabina, veiled and draped, standing left, holding patera in right hand and cornucopia in left. RIC I 44 and 56; WCN 23; Calicó 401; BMCRE 52-3; BN 200 (same dies); Biaggi 220. Light marks and traces of deposits, some edge marks and flat spots, probably ex jewelry. VF.
