MEDIEVAL COUNTERS. 1280-1345/55. Æ Reckoning Counter – Jeton (23mm, 1.06 g). Seven-petalled flower; lis at each cardinal point; all within quadrilobe; stars in outer voids / Ornate cross fleudelisée; stars and crescents in quarters; all within border of pellets and stars. Cf. Berry Type 1, Rev. 1 (for rev.); cf. Mitchiner, Jetons I 1731 (same). Green patina, pierced in center. Good VF. Rare.
