Lead seal of Petros Ostiarios (?) (7th cent.)
Obverse: The Mother of God, facial, full-size, holding infant Jesus Christ on her chest, between two crosses, all within wreath border.
Reverse: Block-monogram, with some damage, most probably reading as: ΠΕΤΡΟΥ ΟC(ΤΙΑΡΙΟΥ) (Of Petros ostiarios, the owner of the seal).
Condition: F. Some strikes in either side.
Weight: 16.20 gr
Diameter: 24 mm
