Obverse with Cerro de Potosi between pillars with double-headed eagle at top within legend OPTIMO PRINC PUBLICE FIDELIT JURAT (the words separated by flowers), reverse with POTOSI / PRO / FERNANDO VII / ANO / 1808 above flower within wreath border. Nicely toned AVF with crude hole at top, light old scratches to right of PRO, some weak strike in centers.
