KM-27; Dav-7450. Struck to commemorate the Baptism of Princess Anna Sophia, oldest daughter of Prince Friedrich. Evidence of being overstruck on an earlier type with remnants of the original legend visible throughout the obverse legend. At first glance the remnants of the hosts legend my be disregarded as the obverse is slightly double struck, but there remains enough detail for possible attribution by the specialist. A highly interesting and lovely survivor with lots of character destine for a fine cabinet.
