Kushan Empire, Vasudeva I AV Hybrid Quarter Dinar. AD 195-230. Vasudeva, nimbate, standing facing, head left, sacrificing over altar and holding trident / The lunar god Mao, diademed and with lunar "horns" at shoulders, standing facing, head left, right hand extended in benedictional gesture; tamgha to left. This rare hybrid quarter dinar combines an obverse of Vasudeva I with a reverse of the previous ruler Huvishka, which is easily identified by the presence of his tamgha.
