Q. Marcius Libo and P. Cornelius Sulla AR Fourrée Mule Denarius. Uncertain mint, circa 2nd century BC. Helmeted head of Roma right; X below chin, LIBO behind / Victory, naked to the hips, driving galloping biga right, holding reins in left hand and whip in right; P•SVLA below; ROMA in exergue. For obverse prototype, cf. Crawford 215/1; for reverse prototype, cf. Crawford 205/1. 3.37g, 17mm, 11h.

Very Fine. An interesting fourrée combining an obverse of Q. Marcius Libo from 148 BC and a reverse of P. Cornelius Sulla from 151 BC.
