A rare Harappan dish from the Indus Valley, ca. 2500 - 1800 B.C. It is 4-1/8? in diameter and is decorated with a pair of birds surrounding a central cross design. They are separated by plants and surrounded by solar symbols. Good paint and mineral deposits. Rare type. Value range: $200 - $300.
