Italy Biglietto Di Stato 5 Lire Pick 23f Royal Decree 07.10.1904 (1923) signatures Maltese & Rossolini block number 5302 and the 10 Lire Pick 20g Royal Decree 05.02.1888 signatures Giu. Dell'Ara & Porena block number 3318.
