Sicily, Akragas Æ Hemilitron. Circa 420-406 BC. Eagle flying right, head raised, holding fish in its talons; AKPAΓANTINON around / Crab; below, Triton to right, blowing into conch-shell; six pellets (mark of value) around. Westermark, Fifth, Series 1, 615 (O4/R2); HGC 2, 131 var. (eagle holds hare). 21.25g, 27mm, 6h.

Very Fine. Scarcer variety with eagle holding fish and Triton on reverse - Westermark cites only 8 examples with these dies.
