Head of Poseidon left, wearing tainia / Ornamented trident head flanked by dolphins; IEPO - ΝΟΣ flanking shaft, ΔA to right below. HGC 2, 1550. CNS II p. 396, 197 R1 10. Good Very Fine; attractive glossy dark green patina; depression in flan on obverse and in similar place on reverse (possibly in flan prior to striking). Well centered and well struck with a bold portrait. Scarce.
