Low Countries, Filips de Goede (1419-1467), twee derde gouden leeuw, Bruges, undated (1454-1455), lion sejant left within Gothic dais, marginal legend ends fland, rev., shield on cross fleury, 2.81g (Delmonte 490 [R.2]; D. de P. XXI, 52; v.G&H 4-2; F. 186), has been straightened with resulting central weakness on both sides, otherwise very fine and rare. Bought Florange, 1963.
