Diva Faustina Senior. Died AD 140/1. AR Denarius (18mm, 3.37 g, 6h). Consecration issue. Rome mint. Struck under Antoninus Pius, AD 146/7-161. Draped bust right, wearing pearls bound on top of her head / Aeternitas (or Juno) standing left, raising hand and holding scepter. RIC III 344 (Pius); RSC 26. Toned with some iridescence. EF. Elegant style.
