PONTOS, Amisos. temp. Mithradates VI Eupator. Circa 85-65 BC. Æ (20.5mm, 8.22 g, 12h). Wreathed head of Mithradates VI as young Dionysos right / Panther skin and thyrsos on cista mystica; monograms flanking. Malloy 26f; HGC 7, 243. Dark brown and tan surfaces. Good VF.
