KINGS OF OSRHOENE (EDESSA). Waël, 163-165. (Bronze, 18 mm, 8.85 g, 7 h), with Vologases IV, king of Parthia. Draped bust of Vologases IV to left, wearing diademed pointy helmet with back-flap; behind, B. Rev. Draped bust of Waël to left; Estranghelo legend on either side, all within wreath. BMC 1. MACW 437. Very rare coin. Some earthen deposits/highlights as found, otherwise, very fine.
